Aren't those 4 little red letters beautiful? Exactly 4 weeks after putting our house on the market we received word that negotiations had been agreed upon and our house was SOLD! I was standing in our entryway with one of my daycare families as they were getting ready to leave. We saw the realtor pull up and open the trunk, we all froze, stood and stared. When that sold sign came out I may have started jumping and screaming like a giddy 5 year old. We won't be moving for another couple of weeks, and most of our things are already in storage from when we pared down to the bare necessities to put our house on the market. While there is so much to do between now and the end of March, I have this odd sense of feeling like we are in a state of downtime.
