Our morning project…a rainbow flower garden station for the kids to play in next month! We made rainbow rice for the "dirt" and I put styrofoam underneath so they can plant flowers and veggies! Oh...and yes I will let them mix all the colors up, I just had to get a picture while it still looked pretty ;)

Some of my favorite wall art happens to be in our downstairs bathroom. We created an art gallery of the kids' creations. I added a new favorite this morning!

This definitely makes the tin foil drawer a lot more fun, don't ya think!!?

Ok, I know I’m being kind of a dork about this (just ask Luke), but I've been anxiously awaiting for this pretty little box to arrive on my doorstep, and I’m SO excited its here! Those of you who know me know that I like to have some sort of smell going in my house almost all the time, and I’m not taking about the forgot to flush the potty, pooped my pants again, spilled a container of paint, dropped my food someplace you won’t find it for 3 days sort of smells that all the kiddos leave behind ;) No, I’m talking about smells more of the baked goods, spa, fresh cut flower variety. And since I generally can’t find the time/motivation to actually bake, and you all know how well I keep plants and flowers alive… I go through A LOT of Scentsy bars. So after many weeks of deciding, changing my mind, pondering I finally decided to become a Scentsy consultant. Now back to that box! LOOK WHO TURNED 2! We've had a busy couple of weeks around here with lots of birthday festivities. Cora turned 2, and of course we had to have a daycare party, our own shindig, and a family party....so after 3 parties she probably thinks she's four now, but one can never have too much cake, ice cream and balloons....right...?
